At DuluxeDecor, we aim to provide products that meet the specifications and quality standards communicated at the time of purchase.
Please review this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order, especially when purchasing customized, personalized, printed, cut-to-size, or made-to-order products.
2. Returns
Return eligibility depends on the nature and condition of the product.
A return request must generally be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for consideration, the product should:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned with original packaging where applicable
- Include proof of purchase or order details
- Meet the applicable return conditions communicated for that product
Before returning any product, customers should contact DuluxeDecor and receive return instructions.
Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.
3.Customized and Made-to-Order Products
Customized, personalized, printed, cut-to-size, or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or exchange once production has started, except where the product is defective, damaged, or materially different from the confirmed order specifications.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking measurements, designs, spelling, colours, quantities, specifications, and other customization details before approval.
4.Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact DuluxeDecor within [24/1] hours/days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs and/or videos of the product
- Images of the packaging where relevant
After verification, we may offer an appropriate resolution such as replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
5.Colour and Design Variations
Colours displayed on screens may differ slightly from the physical product because of device displays, lighting, photography, printing, material texture, and manufacturing processes.
Minor differences in shade, texture, pattern alignment, or finish that fall within reasonable production tolerances may not qualify as defects.
6. Refunds
Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return.
Where the return results from an error by DuluxeDecor or a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product, applicable return arrangements will be communicated to the customer.
For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted.
Report within: 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following may not be eligible for return unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law:
- Customized or personalized products
- Made-to-order products
- Products cut or manufactured to customer measurements
- Used, installed, altered, or damaged products
- Products returned without original components where applicable
- Clearance or final-sale products where clearly identified as non-returnable
